This is the group that is endowed with insights, wisdom for growth and development of the church. Men and women that are divinely gifted for excellence in purpose. This group will prepare, plan and execute God given ideas so that the church continues to experience growth spiritually and numerically. A part of this team is responsible for the overall administrative coordination of all of our ministries and services. This includes the management of all records including financial records and ensuring that RCCGLS remains accountable to all members and conforms to all statutory requirements of RCCG, the State of West Virginia and the US Government. The Visionaries collaborate with all other RCCGLS ministries to compile and present the church’s periodic reports.

This is the prayer team of the church. Everything answers to prayer and that is why this ministry will commit to effectual and fervent prayer. We encourage members to live a life of absolute surrender to God’s word because the prayer of a righteous man is both powerful and effective. Children Ministry

Our kids will be taught the Word of God in a practical, fun and safe environment. We greatly and sincerely desire for our children to be filled with the knowledge of the Lord and that is why every week they will experience God not only in a fun way but also in a way that will contribute to their spiritual and physical wellbeing.

Young Adults & Single Ministry (YASM)
Young Adults & Single Ministry (YASM)
This is the single’s ministry in the church. The life of a single is turbulent coming from the cove of their parents and transitioning to yet unknown destination. This ministry will ensure that this transition is both exciting and satisfying. We teach that life can be easy on a pedestal of Holy living and strong conviction in the Word of God. That decisions that are made at this time of their life are done in the fear of God and absolute trust in the infallible word of God.
The YASM ministry is the young adults and singles' ministry of RCCGLS. It includes young adults who are recently newly wedded and those who are not yet married including individuals from ages 18 and above. YASM strives to support young adults in their spiritual, career, social, and personal lives. The ministry seeks to engage its members at different levels including spiritual, intellectual, emotional and physical. As an active member of YASM, there is room for meaningful contribution and discussions on topics spanning all areas of life including relationships, family, friendships and career. As an integral part of the RCCGLS family, YASM's goal is to ensure that all members embody fellowship in the Word and Prayer as well as in Fun and Friendship. Our objective is to make you feel like you are part of a family no matter where you are in the world.

Men of Valor
Men of Valor
This is our men’s ministry. In this day of mediocrity and nonchalant attitude towards God and HIs course, this ministry seeks to equip men who will be courageous to stand for the course of Christ, his family life and career. Men who will lead by example at home and in the community. Men who will commit to excellence in life and purpose.

Women of Faith
Women are naturally gifted with strong conviction to hold on to what they believe in. This ministry is committed to strengthen women to channel their God given strength to ensure success and fulfillment in their marital life and in their career by absolute commitment to Holiness so their prayers are not hindered.
Ushers & Greeters
Ushers & Greeters
These are the first contact in the church. They must be lover of God and men. Not discriminatory but serving others in the fear of God. They maintain order during the church services.
Welfare & Hospitality
Welfare & Hospitality
The welfare & hospitality team cares for members, potential members and brethren that just arrived in our community especially those who have travelled from foreign countries or out of state to come and study or work in Morgantown. We know there are lots of challenges in transitioning from one place to the other. Therefore, we seek an atmosphere where our members are helped and guided in the various choices they will need to make and are properly cared for. These individuals will provide confidential and Christ-centered care for anyone in need in the church.

These include the Worship team, Choir and the Instrumentalists. The presence of God is felt in an atmosphere of true worship. This group seeks men and women who will use their talents to bless God and others in the place of intense praise and worship.

The passion of this ministry is to enhance the church service by providing quality sound and coverage of all our programs. They project church awareness and publicity through all means including the use of technology, advertisement etc.

This comprises of the Evangelism and Follow-up team. “And this word you have received, commit also to faithful men”. Disciples are not born, they are made. Men must be taught the word for them to know their left from right. This group seeks men and women of passion for soul who will be used of God to turn ordinary people to extra-ordinary believers.
